Curt Blair has been an investor and award winning developer in Apalachicola for over ten years. Curt actively participates in the community’s future development as a licensed Realtor and mortgage broker, member of the local Planning and Zoning Board, Vice Chairman of the local hospital board of directors, and through his association with the county’s Tourist Development Council. He is also the owner and president of Allyn, Inc. a governmental consulting and management company. Curt and his wife Beth live in a one hundred year old home in Apalachicola’s historic district.

The Water Street Hotel and Marina Condominium Association, Inc. is the association of homeowners that provides for the operation, maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the common elements of the development.

 

 

The property’s common areas that provide hotel and support services are managed by Water Street Management, LLC under contract with the Water Street Hotel & Marina Condominium Association. In addition, the management company is available to provide management services of individual owner’s units. Management services under these agreements are operated in a hotel format in order to maximize revenues and convenience to owners. Owners, of course may contract for management of their unit by any qualified management company.
